Mr. Edward Madigan is a lifelong resident of New York City.  He earned his Eagle Scout, a proud achievement while growing up NYC.  Mr. Madigan attended St. John’s University in Queens, NY, graduating summa cum laude.  He then went on to earn his law degree at New York Law School.  Mr. Madigan was admitted to the bar in New York State, as well as the Federal Courts, both Eastern and Southern District of New York. He is a member of the NY State Bar Association, NYS Trial Lawyers and the NYS Academy of Trial Lawyers.

With 35 years of experience representing clients, Mr. Madigan is caring and diligent in managing cases for injured clients, from the onset to conclusion via settlement or by trial in court.  Mr. Madigan also expertly represents clients with disability claims, from initial filing to conclusion in Federal Court.

Mr. Madigan continues to stay loyal to New York City, is married and the proud father of three children and grandfather of two.  In his spare time, Mr. Madigan is an avid sports fan, enjoying time rooting for the NY Yankees and Brooklyn Nets.

Mr. Joseph Campbell was born in WestMeath, Village of Castlepollard, in Ireland. He was raised in Brooklyn, NY, and attended Fordham Preparatory High School in the Bronx, NY.  He received his Undergraduate Degree in English & Political Science from the State University of New York (SUNY), in Oswego, NY.  Mr. Campbell then went on to earn his Law Degree at SUNY, in Buffalo, NY.  He began his legal practice as an Associate at (then) Meltzer & Fishman.

Mr. Campbell advanced in the firm to become a partner, now Meltzer, Fishman, Madigan Campbell.  He was assigned the role of Litigator in the Negligence Department.  Mr. Campbell sharpened his skills by trying cases, from client introduction to conclusion, always keeping in mind the needs and expectations of his varied clients.

Mr. Campbell has represented the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 3 (IBEW) located in New York City.  He has a wide-variety of clients, representing them in real estate transactions, trusts and estates, commercial law, and administrative law. Mr. Campbell also litigates serious personal injury cases.
